REED MIDEM

AMIGOLOG provides to REED MIDEM a service of contract management in cloud mode. This service has been designed ont the basis of BONITASOFT tool and is integrated with SALESFORCE.

GENERALI

AMIGOLOG participated for GENERALI in several projects developments related to the SIEBEL 7.7 application.
Our teams also implemented the SALESFORCE / VOCALCOM Connector and are providing support for the SALESFORCE application.

Société Générale

 AMIGOLOG has participated in the implementation of order management evolutions and in the modification of products configuration within the Contact application (SIEBEL 8.0).
Our teams coordinated offshore development teams and managed bug fixes in Quality Center.

DARTY

 AMIGOLOG realized for DARTY the design and the implementation of the SIEBEL CTI migration : migration of the Saga middleware Nexcentrex to the ODIGO solution of PROSODIE and scalability tests in order to validate the performances.

AXA ASSISTANCE

 AMIGOLOG teams participated in the implementation of automated mission dispatch for service providers in Europe.
